There's no better way to help than to get out and practice healthy habits for yourself! Get out there!

This year we’re challenging ourselves and you to be more active. There are plenty of ways to get moving so this year we’re partnering with a few of our favorite physical trainers, dietitians, nurses, and yoga instructors to share their favorite ways to keep motivated and moving.

As you may already know, we’re fans of 5Ks and Zumba. So to kick off 2020’s year of moving, we curated a list of 5K races close to home.
